From the 12 fl. oz. can. The pour is a very cloudy yellow with a modest white head and lacing. The aroma is both herbal and floral. The body is medium. The taste has a slight toasted bread character to start but the herbal and floral bitterness winds it up. The herbs feel like Ginger or Rosemary. Capa (3448) - Kitsap, Washington, USA - MAR 28, 2017
Can says it’s 8.2%. Hazy golden with a white head. Strong citrus and hop resin aroma with sweet malt throughout. Full bodied. Citrus and orange with earthy and slightly tangy flavor. Difficult to pin down. Intriguing to begin with but quickly gets a bit ... annoying. If this had been a taster at the brewery I think it would have gotten at least a half a pint higher score. baraciisch (3383) - California, USA - DEC 18, 2010
Yellow brown reddish in color... Sweet syrupy aroma... Flavor is fairly sweet, burnt caramel malt, finish is not very bitter, mild spicy hop finish... Not the best pineypower (3346) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - DEC 12, 2016
Sampler at Yardhouse Las Vegas. Pours out a mostly clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma is of some nice citrus, pine, evergreen, grass, light bread. Taste is much the same, decent hop profile of citrus, evergreen, grass, little more bready malt comes across in the taste. AWISLguy (3327) - Wisconsin, USA - OCT 23, 2011
Sample from the Pub at the Monte Carlo. Pours reddish orange with no head, no carbonation. Aroma has citrus and pine, a bit faint. Taste brings grapefruit citrus, some caramel malt back. Some woodiness. Finishes medium length and somewhat bitter. It was not quite as good as the pieces.

12oz bottle poured into a snifter. Pours a clear amber with about a finger of thick white head. Aroma of citrus, caramel, pine and tropical fruits. Taste is medium bitter and light sweet. Mostly caramel and citrus. Medium bodied with a creamy texture. Overall, very good. Not as good as some other beers out there, but I would gladly drink this any day. italianjohn (3257) - Penndel, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 15, 2012
Deep golden orange pour, thin decent layer of creamy off white head and sticky striped lacing ... aroma of chewy caramel malts, citrusy hops, light pine and a little resiny ..... taste of citrusy and light piney hops, mostly chewy caramel malts, little resiny ... nice bitter hop bite that lingers into the finish ... like a cross between an imperial red and dipa ... abv hidden insanely well for 9.3% ... they must have changed their recipe .. nicely done bottleforager (3208) - Gray, Maine, USA - JUN 10, 2012
Pours a deep rich amber color with a big three finger head... Aromas are sweet toffee butterscotch with a touch of pine. On the palate this really is a mess... Butterscotch and alcohol, taste like an overly sweet barley wine that was mixed with a half glass of tap water.... slight bitterness in the finish, other than that where are the hops... again where are the hops ? Palidor19 (3193) - Brandon, Florida, USA - MAY 12, 2015
Have to say for an imperial IPA, it's kinda lackluster, does have an even amount of malt and hops but it fails to give off a extra punch of either, though strong it hides it's abv very well, not a session, drink carefully

Bomber from Casa De Oro. Very hazy orange color upon pouring. Looks like a very unfiltered hefe. Sweet nose with only a moderate amount of hoppiness. Very dry and spiced hops up front. A bit of sweetness, finishing of with some sharp peppery hops. A little alcohol as well.
