22floz/650ml bottle into a weizen glass; served cold. Aroma: Lots of yeast. A little spice. Appearance: Super hazy yellow-orange body with a moderate, but dissipating, white head. Taste: Wow! Lots of flavor in this one. Lots of cloves. There’s definitely some banana too, and a little tartness to round it out. So much flavor!! Palate: Light-medium body, short finish that ends on spice. Overall: Such a fantastic hefe. It is bursting at the seams with wonderful flavors.

The aroma is off with corn grains and Herbs. The appearance is hazy gold. The taste is a bit like wheat with some corn. The palate is smooth. Overall not the best of the style.

The aroma is way off with lots vegetal flavors, the taste is decent but it's kinda thin. A little worthy of drinking ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Total Wine. Wheat glass. Very cloudy, unfiltered pour with thick head. Aroma was banana and cloves with a yeasty sourness. Taste was amazingly bland. The aroma doesn’t even come through in taste. It was a simple carbonated mouth and a dry finish. Pretty boring beer.

22oz bottle 5/18/13 (Binny’s Naperville) my bottle says 5% ABV-42° in Weizen-Pours a slightly hazy golden with a big loose white head. Aroma of banana, clove, and yeast. Taste of the same with a lot of sourness. This light bodied brew is either infected or something has terribly gone wrong.

Bottled sample at the palazzo. Straw colour. Notes of coriander. Spicy hoppy. Great tasting ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle: Light ’cheap’ hefeweizen. This this even a style? Watery, plain, simple. Waste of malt.

Bottle poured a hazy gold with a small lating white head. Aromas of wheat, yeast and citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat, yeast and lemon with a crisp lingering lemon finish.

22 oz bottle pours a cloudy golden color with a white head of very fine bubbles and a little lacing. Aroma is full of wheat bread, lemon and cloves, with a little banana. Body is light with lively carbonation. Taste is more sour than bitter, which ruins this one for me.

BVery (11458) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - AUG 7, 2012
UPDATED: DEC 24, 2013 Bottle. Hazy flat light orange pour with a head that quickly diminishes to zero. Mild tart/sour aroma. Thin palate. Taste is flat, peach, wheat - almost no spice. This misses the mark.
