500 ml bottle from Bru-Ha-Ha. Quiet pour with moderate carbonation and a modest spicy aroma with faint grainy mash notes. The beer has an attractive bronze colour with a thick durable off white head and rich lace. The smooth malty start has grainy notes combining with hop dryness in the middle. Long finish with increasing hop dryness and a hint of caramel. So,so! Tranquillity (2609) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 29, 2017
Bottled. Clear brown amber body, huge beige head. The aroma has strong wine and cognac notes with cherry and oak. The taste is extremely bitter with some fruityness. The finish is like a highland single malt. Ryanmorin (3) - - JUL 3, 2017 does not count
This beer has a good overall look and abides by its definition of double ruby. However the IBU of 60 is quite high for me and the bitterness was not evenly distributed, leaving the end to be quite strong. If you enjoy a strong bitter beer on a summer day than this beer is for you.

Bottle sample @ Mondial de la Biere 2017. Hazy deep orange-amber. Ripe papaya, light earthy pine, lightly sweet malts with an assertive bitter finish. Nice, but I preferred the Double Distorion. punkska101 (2212) - Chambly, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 27, 2017
UPDATED: JUN 15, 2017 Bottle from local iga grocery A: red fruits, caramel, citrusy, light roasty App: hazy reddish brown lasting white head. T/p: med body with short bitter finish.Moderate carbonation. O: This is back to the roots, it reminds me a bit of my good homebrewed Ipa I made back in the days. I like the fact that it finishes pretty dry.

Found on tap at Brewskey in Montréals old town. Has an aroma of good darker hops with some brief grain hints. In the looks department it has modest head and a dark brown body. Flavour is reliable hop notes but no complexity in the mix. Medium finish. It’s a good IPA but doesn’t stand out in a crowd. czar (9681) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 24, 2017

Bouteille - 500ml. Lubiere (14326) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 7, 2017
