UPDATED: AUG 31, 2017 Rather heavy on the banana, esters and fruitiness. Overall a fairly likeable German wheat.

Great product from a great company! Really enjoy what they have and really enjoy what they do!

lukin (668) - Ontario, CANADA - NOV 13, 2016
draught. Hazy yellow. Very strong banana and esters, creamy and soft. Refreshing and straightforward.

Listigovers (1312) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 30, 2016
Smells like lots of banana, tastes kind of acidic, it’s a bit of an older bottle might have soured a bit. A slight metallicness, weird texture, creamy, light bodied, some wheat but overshadowed by acidity. Strange, might be off bottle.

Draft - Banana esters and wheat. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Banana, citrus and creamed wheat.

samzim (437) - Ontario, CANADA - JUN 16, 2015
Spicy aroma with notes of citrus and butterscotch. Hazy straw colour. Crisp front with faint orange flavour. Light body with mild carbonation. Pleasant but nothing too special.

[6044-20131102] Tap. Fruity banana sauce aroma. Slightly hazy, pale orange body with a quick creamy white head. Like biting into a banana split sundae, ice cream and banana and all. Medium body. Really interesting. (6/4/8/4/14) 3.6

2012-11-02. Crisp dark yellow body small white head. 3+ Aroma is quite sweet, banana, something fruity I can’t place. Flavour is quite fruity, lots of banana esters like a LOT. Mild pale malt is sweet. Not particularly wheaty. Very smooth average plus bodied palate, soft carbonation. 3+ A bit of an ester-bomb at times but I kind of like it. On tap at Junction, Toronto

Bendrixian (1514) - Canadiana, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 5, 2013
500 ml bottle. Pours fairly clear(for the style) with a golden yellow or light amber colour. I find the aroma quite muted, but there are notes of bannana, yeast, some esters and kitchen spice. There is also a tang or citrus fruit note and some apple on the aroma. On the palate it is a touch sour, supported by yeast notes and some esters, and has a fast finish. There is a touch of something metallic/bitter in there as well. Overall, rather boring for the style but not the worst hefe i’ve had.

solidfunk (9407) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - SEP 13, 2013
Pours golden clear without much head or lacing. Nice hefeweizen smell of banana and clove. Light sour and sweet malt finish. Good for style. On tap at brewery.
