25.4 oz. crowler, consumed on 1-26-18. “Pkgd 12/20/17.” Pours dark brown with a large amount of beige to light taupe head. Very strong peanut, peanut dust, peanut butter, and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup aroma. Roasted malt and burnt sugar scents. I’m not going to lie; this smells good. Really nice, peanut butter and dark chocolate flavor. The peanut is unmistakable without being overdone. Roasted malt and char. This is pretty darn delicious even though it’s pretty simple (a seemingly good stout with peanuts judiciously added). Medium body. Lively. Easy to drink. Refreshing. Quite strong across the board. Intellectually, I find peanut butter stouts cheesy as a concept, but darn if they don’t usually taste good. This is no exception. Not the most complex beer, and that costs it a point in overall score, but it’s enjoyable in every aspect. Not too sweet, which is a key to success in these populist gimmick beers. 22.214.171.124.15=>3.9 Bacterial (3080) - Twin Cities, Minnesota, USA - DEC 23, 2017
Pour from a fresh crowler. Murbky brown with a very slight head. Massive peanut butter nose. Smacks your face with peanut, balanced by nice roasted malt. Not overly sweet. Drinkable and enjoyable. drfabulous (8997) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - NOV 18, 2017
25 oz crowler thanks to Steasy66. Dark pour with obvious notes of peanut butter in taste and nose. ryanfolty (2659) - Bourbon County, Minnesota, USA - NOV 3, 2017
November 3, 2017 - can from AV3. Dark pour with large amount of head. Aroma smelled like a mutter butter with some roast. Taste was dry, roasty, bitter chocolate and slightly weird nutty flavor. BVery (11491) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - SEP 22, 2017
Tap at Grizzly's. Dark brown pour with a smaller head. Rich peanut butter cup aroma. Sweeter taste, then gets a little thinner with spritzy carb late. Really good beer, but if the finish was a little more on point, this would be great.

Keg @ Junkyard. Dark brown pour with a small tan head. Nose characterized by loads of peanut butter cup. Whopper malt candy. Roasted peanut and chocolate. Flavor is similar. Quite sweet and somewhat sticks. Drinks just a bit thin with surprisingly spritzy carb. Just OK. Travlr (26944) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JUN 15, 2017
Draft at the source. Nearly opaque maroon color. Aroma of peanut butter and dark chocolate. Taste is adult Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. Works for me. Atom (2618) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 14, 2017
Crowler pours a dark brown black with a huge tan head. Reese’s pieces like aroma, sweet milk chocolate and peanut butter with a slight toast. Initial taste is sweet milk chocolate and peanut butter followed by hop bitterness where the rest of the flavor drops off and it becomes increasingly watered down with a lingering bitterness towards the finish. Nice aroma and initial flavor, finish ruins it. Quick update right after the rate, luckily I have peanut cups handy, eat these while drinking!! djd07 (16452) - Houston, Texas, USA - MAR 1, 2017
Crowler thanks to Brian. Pours a dark brown with medium beige head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is peanuts, roast, chocolate, vanilla. Medium body, roast, peanut butter, chocolate, light finish, good. gregwilsonstl (2734) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - APR 3, 2016
Peanut Butter. Reeses pieces. Thick peanut head. I dig this. Glad it is reasonable ABV. Im kind of impressed with the head retention despite addy something oily/fatty like peanuts. Crowler while relaxing in my hammock. Life is good! Thx Malster85!
