Bottle at home. Pours clear yellow/golden with a white head. Aroma of lihgt grains, very fruity, sublte toffee notes - roasted toffee/nutty, slight perfumed in a way, light bready malts. Taste is very fruity, soft on the palate loads of subtle - fruity, bready hints of citrus and minerals, wierd in some way, but it blends well and is a good quencher. Bottle best by July 20, 2016, consumed Nov. 2015: Clear blonde. Wispy cap of creamy foam. Lemon, uncured hay, dandelions, toasted crackers, pepper, and minerals comprise the nose. Pronounced alcohol flirts at fusel. Mild note of metal and sulfur. Snug and soft carbonation. Intensely peppery hops and cleansing minerals counteract the waxlike note right out of the gate. Sturdy base of haylike malt pillars the well-attenuated body. Snappy twinge of slightly sulfurous yeast reinforces the bone-dry body which is awash in minerals. Herbaceous and peppery bitterness is echoed by lemon rind and a smidgeon of wax and a fairly basic uncured haylike maltiness that lingers. Aside from a couple minor blemishes like the strong presence of alcohol and some waxiness, the balance and attenuation are applaudable and the brewer wasn’t shy with the hops, which makes this very quaffable. Bottle best by July 2016. Clear pale gold with an average-sized white head. Aroma is lightly malty / toasty and hoppy / herbal / lemon-y with some subtle butter effects (doubtful that it’s diacetyl). Light bodied, strongly carbonic and bracing, lightly sweet, moderately bitter, tasting of subtle pale malt and mineral water. The aroma is kind of dirty and strange but in the mouth it’s a better experience: fluffy and filling high carbonation and the malt seems more authentic the more it warms and breathes. Herber Antrunk mit vorerst platter Süße, die sich später als grasiger Anhang des Hopfens entpuppt. Mittelintensiv, sowohl Herbe als auch Hopfen halten nicht lange und verstecken sich noch im Mittelteil. Nun wenig aussagekräftig, da der Hopfen weg ist merkt man die vorher nicht erkennbare Muffigkeit nun deutlich. Wässriger, ziemlich langweiliger Abgang. Naja. 11/8/6/6/5/6

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light hoppy, grass, metalic. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, grass, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
