I bought this because the label looks like it was printed at someones home. a standard ipa, one i would of liked 10 years ago but now i find it unremarkable. there is nothing wrong with it as the balance and hops are good with citrus standing out but, meh. sloth (2936) - Ceciltucky, Co., Maryland, USA - JAN 25, 2013
Rocky tan head, middlin in stature, lasting. Plenty O lace. Hazy, chunky, light copper, gold hued brew. Mild nose of malts, grain and faint citrus. Body is med/light, lil oily with a soft carbonation, astringent? Lightly sweet malt flavors with a light hop bill, citrus, earth and some iced tea. Lingering finish is malty, lil sweet. Oh well. Great cause, lame brew. alexsdad06 (10778) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - JUL 1, 2012
22 oz. bottle shared by Tmoney99. Pours a hazy amber color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma is toasted bread, herbal, earthy with light citrus and a hint of alcohol. The flavor has a toasted bread base with some herbal and earthy hops. Finish is dry with moderate bitterness. OK. Tmoney99 (14948) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUL 1, 2012
Bottle. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with excellent lacing. Solid smooth simcoe hop aroma. Medium body with slick carbonation with soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. My expectation where met.

22 ounce bottle, figured I’d try it since it’s a relatively new arrival to Ohio. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a hazy amber color with an inch off-white head that sticks around for a while. There’s a decent amount of lacing left on the glass. Aroma is nice but weak, it smells like grassy hops and some bready malt. The taste is similar to the aroma, it tastes like grassy and citrusy (grapefruit) hops, and some bready and caramel malt. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it’s a bit slick with moderate carbonation. This brew isn’t going to blow you away with hops, so if you’re looking for something with a hop kick this probably isn’t for you. I think it goes down easy enough and it’s not bad to drink. I think it’s worth trying.

Bottle. Pours a deeply hazy amber brown with a medium large white head. Sweet malt comes out just ahead of a slight bit of spicy rye. Toast, malt, and a bit of pungent dark citrus. Medium bodied, spicy rye and toast right away. Thick malty backbone, sweet and toasty. Not a ton of hops coming through, but a nice enough balance, leading into a long and slowly developing grapefruit bitterness on the finish. Easy drinking and tasty. halfonit (1408) - Fall River, Massachusetts, USA - APR 9, 2012
Pours a slightly murky deep golden color and a super thick white head. Aroma is of malts, hops, and grain. Flavor is full of fresh hops but leaves a lingering dry finish. I can also taste malts and rye. The rye in this gives it that dry taste. Leaves a dry hop finish. annunz123 (967) - Taunton, Massachusetts, USA - MAR 12, 2012
Picked this up at the brewery. Caramel, malt, and flowery hops in the aroma. More of the same in the flavor, with a little citrus at the finish. Mouthfeel is a little thin, but this is still a really good beer. MaBeer1972 (2160) - Reno, Nevada, USA - JAN 1, 2012
A medium honey-colored brew. Nice frothy head. Good carbonation. Good floral-spice aromas. Flavor is malty and hoppy but more on the sticky side with a bready bittering finish. OK stuff.
