3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap, Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a thick white head that leaves good lacing. Smells of citrus, Belgian yeast and coriander. Tastes of citrus, orange peel, Belgian yeast and coriander. There is also a light tropical flavor mixed in. Mouthfeel is light and watery for a wit beer. Overall this is a great wit. It was full of flavor. Can’t wait to try more from Justice.
Bottle. Pours a hazy dark golden color with a huge white head on it. I get a little banana and citrus in the nose, as well as the usual yeast of the style. Taste is actually a tad bit sour and has a lot of citrus notes to it. For me, the best part about this beer is the name. bhensonb (15188) - Woodland, California, USA - AUG 24, 2013
Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours dirty dishwater gold with a slight white head. Aroma is funky orange. Med minus body. Flavor is orange zest and some yeast/spice. Tasty. Finishes with the slightest bit of earth. One of the better wits I can recall. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - AUG 18, 2013
Bottle:   Now that is white!   Well, a dirty white.   Thick and dirty, small to moderate white head,
little lacing.   Musty wheaty nose, strong straw, subtle spices.   Whoa, very mealy up front.   Has a dash of
sea-water right up front.   I want to say Pink Peppercorn as well.   Traditional spices are very very minor.
Comes across as more of a barnish wheatiness with some salt and pink peppercorns.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.
Like the Berliner Weisse, I don’t know if I can finish this by myself.   Certainly different, and not the
traditional "yellow" Witbier that so many produce, but some things are a little off.   It really needs to have stronger
corriander like spices, then it would cover everything else up! robforbes (2241) - Bremerton, Washington, USA - APR 25, 2013
pours a semi-hazy white-yellow with a medium size white head, and some lacing.
smell is of wheat, citrus, and a little spice.

Golden straw in color with a thick haze and a white fluffy head. Tons of sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Lots of Belgian yeast flavors, esters and finish. Bit big beer. Good job would liked to have a cleaner less yeast filled bottle.

22 oz bomber courtesy of bvc. Listed at 6% abv. The pour is a hazed darker yellow golden with a fizzy one inch white head that falls foamy with decent retention. The aroma is soft citrus lemon fruit and peel, along with a natural wheat malt. Some lime citrus present as well. The taste wheat up front, grainy, turning toward the lemon lime orange citrus, then finishing with a fair bit of spiced yeast and clove. Fresh flavors, nice and fruity. The palate is light to medium bodied, higher level of fine carbonation, and a mix of the citrus fruit and clove in the lingering finish. Nice one, thanks for sending it my way Brandon. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - JAN 19, 2013
22. Pours a cloudy dark gold with a dense and creamy white head. Big spicy nose, showing tangy orange peel, earthy funk from the acetobacter on the wheat, some white pepper, and some sweet meyer lemon notes. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Oranges, soft funk, crackers, white pepper, and a little candied lemon on the mid palate. Crackers and lemons on the finish. Nothing else around is exactly like it, and it’s really good. For a *brand*-new brewery, and a one-man show at that, that’s about as good as it gets. riversideAK (6261) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - JAN 6, 2013
