Jan. ’16. On tap at the brewpub. Actually their restaurant. ABV was 4.7%. It poured a clear golden body with medium sized head. Fine aroma, lightly lemony and hay. A touch of macro brewery somehow. Lightly bitter, chalky, herbal and grainy. Medium body with long, bitterish finish. Fine enough although quite simple and nothing special for a Viennese brewpub beer. Herber, steigend hopfiger Antrunk. Karamellige Beinoten, der Hopfen ist nach wie vor stark vertreten. Dunkel grasig, vollmundig. Hopfig bitterer, etwas erdiger Nachhall. 10/11/11/11//11 Cuso (8691) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - MAY 28, 2015

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is distinct fruity, citrusy and towards peachy, vague grassy. Flavour gives an initial sweet fruity impression but is quite dry and bitter. Ends lingering fruity and bitter. Nice one. mirjukka (752) - LOHJA, FINLAND - MAY 23, 2009

Cracking hay and windswept hop fields carry on to riveting wooden hop bitterness in this übercrisp, svelte Pilsener.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A cloud of foam moves atop the the clear pale gold. It looks unassuming.
-A drop of honey sweetens the haystack.
-The cereals return in the finish too.
-Balance and intensity rarely coexist.
-It could be a world beater if the aroma were as smashing as the flavor profile.
On tap at the brewpub.
Draught at the brewpub. Clear golden, creamy head. Light grassy nose. Sweetish, soft and buttery with good amounts of grassy piney hops. Medium bodied, fruity and minerally. The sweetness collide a bit with the bitterness giving it inky notes in the finish.
