300 ml bottle from Kanazawa Station. Slightly yellow. Ricy nose, vanilla, some yogurt. Sweet at first, then dries out nicely, vanilla, rice. A rich junmai that does dry quite well. Yamahai I suspect. tarmok (1433) - Tartu, ESTONIA - NOV 20, 2015

Of all the sake’s so far the best. Quite strong spicy taste, bit like a light young jenever (not quite, a bit). Nice crispy taste. (Arnhem 201506) kermis (14469) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - JUL 19, 2014

Slight hint of green. Fat, almost tangy nose is woody, lightly mushroomy with hints of Asian pear and a fair amount of koji. Flavour is big and ricey with woody accents and a somewhat muscular alcoholic finish. Fairly straightforward and in its brawn it has an appeal but it’s not one of my favourites.
