Bottle pour at BeerFes Osaka 2017. Fruity note, quite perfumey even: Magnolia blossoms with a lot of citrus zestiness. Hazy light apple juice color. Fruity initial flavor, crushed flowers. Goes tangy and rich with yuzu in mid palate. Tiny but clear bitterness in the finish. Medium body and very refreshing. Interesting stuff. Very floral. Rich aroma and flavors much the same. It all blends well. Nisse666 (7413) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - MAR 31, 2017

Hazy golden color with a big white head, Aroma very interesting. Spices, but not ones I can easily identify. Definitely some yeast spiciness, some spruce, lots of lemon (Yuzu?). Very interesting. Taste delicate and bitter. Lemon rind, spice, yeast, grain, high carbonation. Interesting beer. Unlike most Belgian String Ales I’ve tasted, and probably better. kerenmk (4751) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - NOV 16, 2016
Bottle sample. Thanks Gal K! Murky blond. Floral, cookie dough and some plastic in the nose. Floral and yeasty taste, mellow bitterness. Full body, very fizzy, some grapes in the finish and very slightly alcoholic. nosajhongkong (81) - North Point, HONG KONG - NOV 4, 2016
UPDATED: JUN 16, 2017 0,33L bottle bought at the Bottle Shop Hong Kong.
Appearance: Pours a hazy lemony yellow colour with soft and thin bubbly white head .
Aroma: Lemongrass and banana with yuzu, grassy and herbal notes. Some mild Belgian yeast and space.
Taste: Flavours of banana, lemongrass and strong Belgian yeast. Mild sweetness of honey and wheat. Extremely light herbal and grassy bitterness.
Palate: Light to medium body. Strong carbonation but with smooth texture. The aftertaste is quite herbal, grassy and yeasty with some crisp lemongrass finish.
Overall: Personally like its herbal, clean and crispy characters as a Belgian ale. But the fresh yuzu and lemon grass aroma have added some Japanese twist to it. Also like the minimalistic yet artistic design of the bottle.

330 ml bottle, brewed in Belgium, with a BB date of Feb. 2017.
Look: clear pale amber body with a large, semi-durable white head. Some foamy lacing.
A very interesting ale. A strong Belgian influence was immediately evident: there’s a yeasty, spicy fruity flavor and aroma. The flavor is both bitter and tart. Reading the fine print on the label I see that this is in fact brewed in Belgium, although "designed" in Tokyo.
Feel: medium-light body with soft,medium-high carbonation.

Bottle at Beer Collection, Bangkok. Very hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, yuzu, citrus and light herbal notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation. Yep it’s a Belgian beer with a Japanese twist. tomer (3515) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - OCT 17, 2016

At some fancy sushi joint: pours orange with a nice frothy white head. Aroma is yuzu, citrus, somewhat malty backbone, and some other aromas I jad a little difficulty pinpointing. Taste is lightly sweet. Quite citrusy. Not too thick body. Low bitterness. Interesting flavors. Better than expected. Also did not realize how much alcohol was in this one.
