COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In the glass a shimmering orange colour , on top a fluffy white foamy head with a compact consistency . This naturally cloudy beer has the discreet aroma of malt and freshly toasted white bread. A yeasty soft palate is caressed by an elegant sweetness which is finely balanced by a discreet hoppy bitterness. Kaiserdom Kellerbier is a typical Bavarian Beer , which is filled unfiltered and contains all the natural cloudy substances.

A very well-balanced beer, poured from can its a thing of beauty and it is also perfectly carborated for this kind of beer. Aroma and taste is defined as sweet yet fresh, dominated by good german hops, and it is unmistakely a german beer. Unfiltered as it is, its quite a typical "keller", with these colors playing and youll notice the palate goes from dark amber to liquid gold and back again. Drink it form a pilsner or weisse glas, and this will go very well with your barbecue.

1L big ass can bought at FoodWise in Shek Wu Hui, Sheung Shui.

Translucent amber honey colour; Explosive three finger head with crumpety off-white foam which last for three minutes; Excellent sticky lacing and quite fizzy small carbonation; Fragrant and sweet aroma of bready malt, with strong honey, light cookie, apricots, strong floral, sugar, bread, yeast, light lemon and strawy grass; Close to medium sweet taste of moderate amber malt, with caramel, floral, fair molasses, spices, biscuits, yeast, fair lemon, fair bitter hops and grass; Close to light body. Fairly slick palate; Mouth feel is fairly good amber maltyness in a slightly watery background. Some caramel amberness with light floral, moderate sweetness. Light spicy and bready with light lemon to round. Quite okay Hoppiness is strong floral, light lemon and strawy grass in nose. Spices, floral, light lemon and grass in taste; Bitterness is fair to moderate for a lasting, mid-to-light astringent malty finish; Quite dry after taste. Spicy and fairly bitter to mouth.

Comments: Its honey-ish aroma is pretty promising, more like a good Helles, but the taste is thinned amber maltyness with tuned down floral and sweetness. Nothing offensive but not exciting, either, just middle of the road stuff. Better share it casually with friends.
