Tap. Hazy gold pour, small white head. Wheat and light spice on the nose. Bread/wheat taste, but not a lot of character. Drinkable. CaptainCougar (7634) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - DEC 6, 2009
Bottle shared by kmweaver on 6/28/08: Pours a transparent golden with a thin, wispy lacing white head. Aroma of pale malted wheat and some mild noble hops. Body starts lightly sweet and slightly doughy with a smooth mildly bitter finish. Pretty bland, but drinkable. TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - NOV 27, 2008
12 oz. bottle from the infamous Binny’s Singles Rack (Orland Park, IL). Pronounced hazy gold with floaties and a moderate white head that dissipates and leaves some lacing. Aromas are largely flaked wheat malt in essence, some light sweetness comes out with a touch of grassy / herbal hops. Taste is fairly bland, cereal and flaked wheat malt dominate with light estery qualities and low hop character. Sessionable, but a bit heavy for mass consumption. Falls behind the pack in the wheat ale category. Cheers.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized off-white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a transparent typically carbonated and a fair lacing. The aroma was malty and wheat with an off buttery note. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The mild flavor contained notes of malt breads and wheat. A decent one that I would consider buying again. riversideAK (6265) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - AUG 17, 2008
Bottle from BeerBunker. Thanks. Pours a nice hazy orange golden color with a decent head. The aroma is that of soft wheat notes, lemon, orange, and pleasant sweetness. The flavor is very similar with sweet, soft wheat, light orange, lemon citrus notes. Very smooth drinking with soft to medium carbonation. Cornfield (5569) - Oak Forest, Illinois, USA - SEP 6, 2008
From the 12 oz bottle it poured a slightly hazed golden body with a modest white head that laced the glass nicely. It had an aroma of buttered wheat flakes, wet grasses, and citrus peel. Tasted much the same although the bitter element seemed a bit confused, first grassy, then lemony, then back again. Pretty decent lawnmower beer.heemer77 (5360) - Urbandale, Iowa, USA - JUN 29, 2008

Bottle. The body is a fairly hazy dark gold with an off white head. The aroma has some bread dough and light citrus notes. The taste has some medium bread crust and light hints of lemon peel. There is also some shoe polish. A little perfumed, this is earthy and somewhat musty. A decent brew. hotstuff (5257) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - FEB 18, 2009
Bottle. Appearance is a small white head with poor retention, very little lacing, semi-transparent-semi-cloudy, fizzy, fast rising, lively carbonation, and a yellow hue. The aroma was fruity, hint of spicyness, wheat malt, and lightly sweet. The flavor was lightly sweet, wheat malt, fruity, and somewhat refreshing. This beer has a tingly mouthfeel and is medium bodied. A decent beer and one that would qualify as a nice summertime beer.
