Kalles bryghus. Fiskemandens Dark ale. Bottel 50 cl. 6.0% Small light bubbely beigh head that mostly disapeared. Dark amber to brown light cloudy color. Nutty, light toasted malty and almost rye bread aroma. Very nutty and malty over the palate with a hint of bitterness. Light to average body with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flaver. Light lingering caramel and toasted malty finish. 5/3/6/3/12 This did not tast like a sweet stout!

Bottle. A brown, unclear beer topped by a beige head. There’s some sourish, milky notes to the aroma, with roasted malts most evident. Acidic, milky flavor with roasted malts and some hints of licorice. Medium body. Quite drinkable, even though it’s slightly off. Didn’t ring any of my bells though. 091120

HenrikSoegaard (13555) - Randers, DENMARK - JUL 31, 2009
Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderatemalty slightly caramellic aroma. Light hoppy. Light bitter flavor. Strange soapy and acetic, but not actually off! Average light bitter finish. Watery palate. No way a stout but rather some starnge kind of beer that I dont want to drink again.

Bottled at PBF. Cloudy dark brown, creamy head. Crystallic cherry nose. Sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Some yeast and some yoghurty tartness. Medium bodied with sweaty and yeasty impression. Low bitterness. Amateuristic.

0.5 l bottle (as Far’s Dark ale) at PBF. Ruby color. Roasty and berryish aroma with licorice. Dry berryish, nutty, raisiny and stale flavor. This is unpleasantly stale.

Bottled as "Far’s Dark Ale" (PBF, BB 10/2009). Deep ruby color, small creamy head, some lace. Sweaty and caramelly aroma. A bit tart (infected?) flavor with some caramel, some toasted malts and yeast. Not very pleasant.
