Strong, pale beer. During the process of deep fermentation well-matured hops and light coloured malt result in full-bodied, slightly sweetish taste and mellow aroma of 7.30. Our strongest beer, Kalnapilis 7.30, has an especially strong aroma. The distinct flavour marvellously matches the higher volume of alcohol. A mug of pale, cold Kalnapilis 7.30 is for those looking for a stronger impression.

Can from WB Stores, West From. Golden beer with large lively head. Aroma of malts, sweetcorn and some herb. Taste is pretty much the same with some dry grass. Not bad.

16.9oz bottle. This is some seriously disgusting stuff, though pretty accurate for the weird oddball cheap style variations of Eastern Europe. Not unlike a Mocne if you will, but a little less disgusting sweet caramel. Cheap and bad, something that tastes like it was brewed in an engine. Horrendous shit, the kind of stuff that makes me roll my eyes when people speak well of the Lithuanian beer world.

Puszka 500ml. Jasno-zloty kolor. Piana biala srednia, opada dosc szybko. Napisy na puszce informuja o "quality bock beer" co wzbudza smiech lub politowanie. W zapachu pusto ze az wieje. W smaku slody...slodka kukurydza i bida ..no i alkohol daje po kubkach smakowych.

Can from Baltika, Upperton Rd, Leicester. Cant believe the low scores, this is really good. Creamed orange, barnacled wardrobe wood lightness. Boozy, but air freshener light. Quite well balanced and refreshing. Pasteurisation does wonders for this. Faith restored.

Bottle labeled Kalnapilis Bock. Had Saturday at a Grad party for a family that had many Lithuanian relatives there. One had brought this. Drank from the bottle. I believed it was brownish in color since I was tasting some chocolate and caramel. Plenty of malt in this. Nice!

Bottle. Lemon, biscuit malt, and astringent hay aroma. Golden yellow with nice white head. Moderately sweet lemon, cardboard, biscuit malt and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Decent body. My bottle was a bit oxidized but not too bad. Pleasant - minimal harshness/fusels in this one.

Can. Picked up in Walthamstow, near my sisters place Bock-pilsner seriously, what? Magnum hops on the front. It could do with some more. And Saaz. Lots of lovely Saaz. Big pilsner malt backbone. Way over-carbonated. Pastuerised. Far too heavy. White lacing simmers down quickly. Grass, straw, some petrol and iodine on aroma. Taste is pislner malt, lemons, straw, sherbet sweets. Some good body but the pasteurisation is ruining it for me. Its industrial and itll sell well. Would be nice to try unpastuerised. Pastuerisation sucks.

Labeled as Bock. Nice golden pour with a quickly disappearing white head. Aroma of grains. Flavor is slightly sweet malt. For what it is not bad

Almost nonexistent aroma of grains. Clear, pale yellow body, white head. Mellow bitterness in the taste, short cardboard finish. The alcohol is well hidden for the percentage.
