Clear golden color, small white head. Grainy, fruity maize aroma, slightly cardboardish. Light to medium bodied. Harsh, sweetish malty. A bit kind of acidic. Not as grainy as the most organic German lagers. Closer to typical Swedish bulk beer. As such, not much to do with Bavaria despite of what bottle says.
Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a small, white head. Fruity nose with a solid dose of caramel blending in. Mostly fruity though, apples, pears, peaches and a hint of banana. The flavor is sweet, quite bitter too, but not enough. Fruits and caramel, with some piney notes. Medium body, nice carbonation. Well, a decent beer, but a bit too strange for my likings, the fruityness doesn’t suit the rest of the beer very well. 110523 Dedollewaitor (16393) - Odense, DENMARK - DEC 14, 2010
Bottle @ Southern/Western Denmark Tasting, Ulfborg. Pours clear golden with a small off white head. Grain, hay and svovl. Dry and bitter flavor. Medium bodied. A bit bland. MiP (15973) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - DEC 11, 2010
Bottle, 4.7%. Hazy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is watery and slightly grainy. Not bad as such, but not entirely thrilling either. A bit chalky, other than that not much to say.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Slightly metallic. Watery palate. Rune (13510) - Tromsø, NORWAY - FEB 10, 2012
330ml bottle shared by Finn. Slightly unclear, golden body. Slowly diminishing white, lager head. Bread-like malts to the nose, semi-sweet. Modest taste character of malts, fruity hops and dry vegetables. Thin to medium bodied. Overall a rather anonymous brew (session at Finns in Tromsø, 09.02.2012). Bottle - clear yellow colour with tiny white head. Aroma and taste is watery faint grassy, very subdues, hardly getting any aroma or taste really overall, will have to give cold mountain the cold shoulder. rosenbergh (11809) - Tampere, FINLAND - APR 1, 2011
330 ml bottle. Finland.
Clear pale golden colour with tiny white head.
Malty aroma with some earth tones and maybe vegetables.
Flavour is malt, mild grassy hops and some greasy vegetables.
Organic is good and this is not bad.
