Silné pivo výraznej sladovej plnej chuti, penová čiapočka pripomína šľahanú smotanu, má bohatú silne jantárovú farbu, ovocnú sladovú vôňu, chuť po karamelových cukríkoch. Dlhé vyznievanie jemnej, ale intenzívnej horkosti.

Draft in collectors meeting, Martin. Orange-gold color, fruity aroma. Taste was sweet fruity, full, malty with some hoppy tones. Light dry finish.

bottle from Cuso, danke! Hazy amber colour, mid-sized off-white head. Full-bodied, grainy malty base with a pleasant sweetness, resiny-grassy hops in the finish.

Bottle from Cuso, thanks! Deep golden color. Toffee and fudge in the aroma. malty sweet, buttery, almost cheesy flavor. Buttery toffee aftertaste. Too sweet for me.

330 ml bottle. BB 04/01/2013. From Cuso. Ďakujeme!
Hazy dark amber colour with small off-white head. Sweet aroma of berries, rose hips, caramel, malt, candle wax and toffee. The flavour is mild red berries, malt, hints of sourness, some sweetness and... yes, dryness. Well, it’s over a month past the BB, my bad, but still it’s very strange for a Maibock. It’s not bad, far from it, but it’s just not Bock-like. It’s a strange mixture of Sour Ale and Bock.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav’s place. Thanks beerandbeyond. Pours rusty, clear, white ring. Butter, syrup, aroma. Butter, butter candy taste. Syrupy texture, floral finish, medium body.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav’s place. Thanks beerandbeyond. Clear deep golden-orange color. Aroma of malt, caramel, honey and lots of butterscotch. Sweet flavor, caramelly, sugary and buttery with a hint of floral honey. Medium-bodied. Unpleasant.

Finally I got this long long-awaited beer. Dark orange color with medium white head. Sweet malty, fruity aroma with caramel, alcohol. Taste, roasted malt, fruit, burned sugar, sweet syrup, molasses, alcohol. Light bitterness in sweet alcoholic finish. Good.

Tap. Hazy orange to amber colour. Offwhite head. Aroma yeasty, malty, honey. Taste almost medium hoppy bitter, medium caramel. A little bit alcoholey. Very good.

omikr0n (974) - Prague, CZECH REPUBLIC - JUL 31, 2012
Plastic bottle from the brewery. Aroma is malty straw and caramel. Taste is malty with some fruits. Minor sourness tickles on tongue in the aftertaste.

JorisPPattyn (10121) - BELGIUM - JUL 15, 2012
Small to medium, relatively stable yellowish head over hazed orange-brown beer. Barnyard odours, bread, very slighlty sourish. Slightly smoked flavour - not bad!- nutty. Again even so slightly sourish, nowhere disturbing. Sour-sweet eggbread. Light bodied, spritzy, slight slickness/ Long-lastiing phenolic acidity. Not bad - I wonder if the acidity is intentional, but it certainly is nice. Děkuji, Honza!
