Poured dark brown with a small-medium creamy tan-beige head that diminishes quickly to a small lacing one. Caramell and molasses in the nose, after a seconds comes the espresso-like coffee with earthy and roasted malts. Medium oily body with a coffee-caramel base, some fruits(plum-raisins), mild sweetness. A dunkel beer from the cellar, yes!

Aroma: the aroma is not very powerful but nice: chocolate, licorice, dark bread crust, toasted.
Taste: quite rich, chocolate, dark bread crust, roasted malt, light bitterness, some co2 bite, black malts roasted finish.
