Bottle from LDW, Eke. Hazy blond colour, white foam. Nose of grass, banana, citrus and ginseng. Earthy. Bitter hoppy finish. Decent.

Bought from Malting Pot. Blonde ale with strange infused after taste. Not great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A small taste from a friend (bottle) @ One Pint Pub. Pours hazy greenish golden with a high head. Aroma is some malts with loads of herbs. Flavor is malts, herbs and hops. Not my cup of tea, pun intended.

Robe blonde trouble, mousse moyenne. Nez sur le fruit, les agrumes, un fond de ginseng. Bouche tout en fruit et en fraîcheur, avec une rétro d’agrumes et une finale amère. Une bière de soif.

Clear liquid, large, airy head. Aroma of hops and herbs. Light body, strong carbonation. Taste is bitter and sweet, with touches of herbs.

Bottle at home. I only know ginseng from those Monster energy drinks, but I really doubt that the taste of that contains anything at all of ginseng... Pours clear blonde, small white head collides fast. Smell is intense cooked vegetables. Taste is rather dry, vegetables ( cooked, once again, like ground-type vegetables ). some bitter sidetone as well as sweet notes. not my type of taste. not really balanced either.

Alengrin (5629) - BELGIUM - AUG 23, 2014
Spice beer with ginseng; snow white, regular, fairly thick head, pale yellowish golden blonde colour, cloudy. Aroma of sweet malts, apple, peach, liquorice-like, resinous and earthy spiciness which I suppose is the ginseng, lemon, hay, grass. Restrained fruity sweetness like the Amber, quickly drying under a sharp, resinous, medicinal spiciness like coughing syrup, medium hop bitterish finish. Out of balance but kind of in-your-face and certainly unique, the kind of beer you either love or hate. I kind of appreciated its special profile.

Heel speciaal bier, een hele speciale smaak, maar ik vond het niet mijn ding.

ruigo (3088) - PORTUGAL - JUL 29, 2014
Shared a 33cl bottle. Pours an hazy very pale yellow colour with a thin white head. Grass, earthy and fruit aromas. Average carbonation and light body. Taste has some light sweetness and earthy notes. Overall, not something I would like to taste again.
