3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draft. Hazy gold with a white head. Nose is yeasty with lots of bright citrus. Taste follows suit with a strong wheaty finish. Medium mouthfeel. Solid example of the style, perhaps a bit unexciting.

APPEARANCE- bright yellow with some cloudiness. Nearly no head.
NOSE- light aroma of a wheat beer. Very light spice. No hop is noticed.
FLAVOR- also nice and light, wheat beer. A bit of spice comes through again. But it’s mostly just wheat.
NOTES- This beer is exactly what they say it is. A wheat beer. I’m pleased with that.

On tap at brewery. Hazy orange yellow. Ever so pilsenery. Light and wheaty with slight skunkiness. Belgian edge. Lemony. As a picnic beer this would be pretty good. BiddleBrau (1221) - Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 24, 2015
On tap at the ship 6 / 27 / 12. Hazy straw with white head. MiniMonos. Nice spicy flavor a bit dry, slightly coin. Seems a bit heavy syrupy for style. Chalsk (1104) - North Caldwell, New Jersey, USA - AUG 7, 2014
On tap at the Grain House. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a white foam head. Aroma if yeast, citrus and bread. Light sweet zesty taste with some citrus notes and bready Belgian yeast notes through finish. Slight tart. beerbomb (228) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 30, 2014
aroma has hay, lemon, vanilla, grass, and pepper with a little nuttiness almost coconut as well as some nice spicy/floral hops - flavor is lighter - not too much funkiness, but very smooth - diverse malt flavors and yeast with a good hop profile make this very drinkable - definitely worth a try if you want a lighter flavorful wit with good hops

Brewery draft. Bright candied lemon color with a white head. Lemongrass, honey, mint, yeast, bitter, pear, apple. Light crisp palate with a bit of a harsh aftertaste. -- something seemed to be missing in the body and taste. Pretty good but I wouldn’t get this one again. merc7186 (3142) - North Tonawanda, New York, USA - NOV 16, 2013

Overall, a mild hoppy witbier...its okay, just need more character and taste on either/both angles. lachrymalisis (441) - Washington, USA - NOV 13, 2013
satisfying as a less spicy witbier or a simple wheat-heavy saison. decent bitterness on the back but up front it leaves a bit to be desired. still, good clean beer. RGDave (113) - Lebanon, New Jersey, USA - OCT 2, 2013
On tap at Cloverleaf Tavern, Caldwell NJ. Pours a brownish gold with a thin foamy tan head. A solid belgian style beer. Attack is subtle and belgian spicy, with some fruit and malty sweetness. Finish is darker fruity.
