dmac (6501) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - JUN 21, 2014
Draught at 2nd Anniversary party, old notes. Poured a mostly clear light straw body with a smaller mostly white head. Aroma/flavor of lightly soured citrus notes, some yeast, grains, toast and light funk. Medium bodied with average carbonation and a quicker fading aftertaste. This needs to be more soured.

3.3
pineypower (3346) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - OCT 12, 2013
Tap at 2nd anniversary. Pours a cloudy golden color with a small white head. Aroma is of light fruits, mild tartness and some plasticky funky notes. Taste is some light funky yeast, mild fruity notes, some dry yeasty bread, lingering mild funkiness, I would like to try this with a little bit more time on it.

RGDave (115) - Lebanon, New Jersey, USA - OCT 2, 2013
On tap at Barcade Jersey City for the Kane 2nd Anniversary party. Pours a hazy yellow/orange color with a thin foamy white head that again disappeared quickly. Aroma of a belgian white with some sour notes and quiet citrus. Taste has a mellow sourness atop a nice beligian blonde, with notes of fruit, bread, and sour citrus. Nice but not a grand slam.

Ed5388 (3488) - Forked River, New Jersey, USA - SEP 22, 2013
On tap @ 2nd anniversary party. Pours a hazy orange straw color with a finger of foamy white head. Aroma of sour citrus fruit, green apple, grass, and Brett. Taste of Brett, wheat, sour citrus, grass, and some light grapefruit bitterness.

Draft. Golden pour. Almost no sour fruit, a bit of light hop tones. Flavor is light and has hints of tartness, needs time?
