EBF 2017. Pours a shiny/bright golden with a slight haze and a small white head that leaves spotty lacing. Nose is of sugary fruits. Taste is moderately sweet, lightly juicy and moderately bitter. Well, it’s mostly sugar actually. Body is medium, carbonation moderate and it is not too boozy. A fine Imperial IPA but I just don’t feel like drinking this anymore. A 8% juicy DIPA is pretty much the sweetspot for me nowadays.

from tap at extreme beer fest 2017, boston. hazy golden pour with a nice reviving off-white cap offering good retention and lacing. melons, tropical fruits, lots of dankness, wee bubblegum, sweetish malt doughiness - fruity and honeyed; chewy yeast. moderate carbonation, medium body - oily; unbalanced sweet and assertive spicy-citrusy finish. bold and kind of estery - kind of messy. a triple ipa with tripel angles.

Crowler. The aroma is big hops. Palate is thick juicy and sticky. Awesome, taste. OG fruity hops. Mango and orange zest. Some piney resin taste. Mostly fruity hops. This beer is awesome.

Can thanks to Dmac. Nose is orange marmalade. Light honey. Hazy orange. Small white head. Taste is initially sweet. Follows with light bitterness. Weird. A mess of sweet and bitter.

Pours a medium amber with minimal head. Smell is grapefruit, spruce, flowers. Taste is bitter, moderately sweet - intense hop bitterness with a solid malt backbone.

From an undercarbonated growler into a pint glass. Pours a very neat pink/golden color. Not much carbonatino, but that was probably the pourer’s fault and not the beer. Dank and peachy aroma. Mouthfeel was thick and oily. Can practically feel the hop oils. Nice tropical, and dank/weedy taste. Very good triple IPA. Very sweet and thick but I guess that’s to be expected.

UPDATED: NOV 14, 2017 Pours a hazy rust orange with white head. A strong hop bomb aroma of floral hops, pine, and lemongrass. A strong citrus/floral hop taste with caramel, pine and lemongrass. A lingering sweet caramel taste with some bitter hops.

On tap at brewery. Bright orange with wispy cirrus head. Sticky resinous pine. Sweet with the bitter. Powerful. Had 4 hop bombs at 3 locations today ... first one was the best, but the other three, all stronger, were also good.

On tap at the brewery after standing in line for an hour for the morning bell release! Ugh!! Pours a hazy golden orange color with a small foamy white head. Aroma of dank citrus hops, grapefruit, tangerine, armpits, and some alcohol. Taste has some alcohol burn, and mimics the aroma. Another solid Kane IPA!
