Clear medium to light dark amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, light bread and roasted. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110701]

Bottled. Deep rubyish amber colour small off-white head. Aroma is mild toasted notes, with fruits and some mild notes of mild earth. Flavour is raisins, toasted sweet dark fruits and mild earthyness. Quite balanced dunkel, but not that comples.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear, bronw colour, large beige head. Intensive aroma of cocoa powder, nuts and caramel. The flavour has the same components, quite intensive with a dry palate. Very nice.
