A light yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet hoppy, while the flavor is sweet with notes of both hops, yeast, and honey. But the body is thin. I find it boring.

Tap at Hoppalas Bieradies, Vienna. Pours clear, faint yellow with a foamy, white head. Mild cereal and dough aroma. medium sweet flavor with some sharp and lightly tangy cereal, and faint hay bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean, sweet finish with cereal, crispy biscuits, faint bitters and white sugar. Basic beer and pretty good.

Like others I noted lots of grassy hay in the aroma and flavour, that I didn’t find very appealing. There was a little malt underpinning that, but, overall, I wasn’t very impressed. Bottled at St Albans Beer Festival 2004.
