Durch die Zugabe feiner Hefe aus brauereieigener Feinzucht erhält es seine typisch obergärige feine Note und seinen ausgeprägt aromatisch fruchtigen Geschmack. 50cl swingtop. Pours hazy orange, with frothy head. Aroma of weizen, gentle coriander, sweet yeast and some caramel. Weak carbonation, below medium body, not to slick nor oily. Pleasant, fruity and refreshing. Yeast it very mild and pleasant. Serve it at around 5-7C. Pleasant and simple brew.

Bottled. The aroma has light banana, wheats. Hazy, yellow coloured beer with a lasting, bit off-white head. The taste is light bitter, refreshing with some hints of banana, bit citrus and light spices. Okay.

(Bottle, 0.5 l, at Kohvik Klaus, 20170721) The beer poured deep amber and lightly hazy. Its head was large and white. Aroma had banana, fruitiness and mildly spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, banana, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had banana, malts and bitterness. A rather nice but bit thin hefeweizen.

Bottle. Pours cloudy dark golden/amber with nice yellowish head. Aroma: yeasty, bananas, malty, fresh bread, caramel (candy), flour. Taste; sweet, caramel, dried bananas, malty, Medium body. soft carbonisation. Nice. Sweet finish.

500 ml. swingtop bottle from Sake Marche, with a cool retro design label. Thin fruity nose, slight bit of banana, ripe yeastiness, esters. Dull orange/brown color, initially fluffy white head that flattens out quickly. Thin wheat and yeast flavors. Thin body, a bit watery. A few months past drink-by date. Not so good. Maybe okay as a table beer for a workingman’s lunch.
