Naturtrüb. Eingetragene Schutzmarke. Bernsteinfarben.

Leicht verdünnt is das Bier. Kann man mal trinken.

0,5 Flasche aus einem lokalen Getränkemarkt. Bernsteinfarbendes, trübes Bier mit cremiger Schaumkrone. Riecht fruchtig-süß. Schmeckt fruchtig-hefig, wässrig, leicht hopfig. Hatte mir mehr erwartet

Look; off white head, große Schaumkrone, dark golden clear body (close to amber). Aroma; dark malts, basement, coriander, wheat malt impressions, spices, malted ripe bananas. Taste; dark wheat malts, dust, cellar, caramels, coriander, small ripe bananas - leading to a dusty caramellic finish with some straw and dough. Normal texture and soft carbonation. Easy cellar. Bottle. Dark amber colored and hazy with a full frothy tan head. The nose is dominated by overripe bananas and yeast, however some spicy hop notes join in. Taste is sweet with just a slight bitterness around the edges and a surprisingly noticeable notes of alcohol. Therefore some alcoholic warmth adds to the medium body and the medium carbonation. The mouth feel is quite smooth and pleasant and turns into an also pleasant aftertaste which consist mostly of overripe banana and fruits.

This one pours a hazy orange color classic of some stronger Hefe-Weizens. Big white head that lasts for long. Aroma is very fruity and estery with notes of peaches, banana, orange and late harvest German wines (Gewürztraminer and Riesling). A tiny bit of phenols distract slightly from what mentioned. Taste is sweet-ish with slight fruity tartness. Peach and apricote notes. It is slightly different from other Hefes I’ve tried before. Soft and drinkable. Low carbonation. Velvety palate although it finishes abruptly. Good Hefe but a little underwhelming.
