An ordinary German weissbier. A bit boring and watery. Some yeast in the finish. Nothing spectacular.

Hazy brown color with a beige head. The taste is wheats with yeasty notes. Rather boring.

madsberg (11776) - Søborg, DENMARK - DEC 11, 2004
Bottled: Golden coloured. Dusty. Off white medium sized head. Is medium yeasty and spiced in the nose. A little to vague for my likings. Flavour is citric and bananish. Has some bublegum notes and is light spiced. Nicely sweet and wheaty in the end. Smooth and easy to drink. Very nice hefe.

sayravai (4711) - Helsinki, FINLAND - NOV 27, 2004
(Bottled) Darkish orange color with lots of yeast floating near the surface. Big, foamy, white and lasting weissbier head. Quite dry, slightly acidic and wheaty banana aroma. Fruity, semi-dry flavor with a subtle banana hint. Very smooth, medium to full-bodied palate with medium carbonation. A very nice, filling and balanced hefeweizen.

Bottled (BB 07/2005)

Hazy brown, good foamy tanned head. Crisp, banana and lemon aroma. Well-balanced, a bit sweet with toffee notes dunkelweizen. Easy to drink and enjoyable.

(500 ml bottle). Pours with an enormous lasting head, colour is cloudy golden brown. Overwhelming lovely sweet aroma of ripe bananas, "bubblegum" and spices, hints of oak. Flavour is refreshing and slightly spicy (cloves, cardamom), a little more hops than most Weissbiers.
