[2015 Backlog] Bottle. Pours a dark amber body with not too much head or lacing. Nose is soft pine, dusty and sweet dark nuts. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with notes of bitter hop, light resin character, sweet nuts and stale malt. Ashy and harsh.

Black IPAs are sort of ridiculous, except when they’re delicious. Suitably black-ish, sticky beige head, roasty and piney.

Near black with a rich tan foam. All pine and resinous hop aroma. Some dark malt too. Rich roasted malt flavor, some chocolate and a firm hop bitterness.

Bottle, 650ml. Murky brown with a reddish hue and a creamy brown head. Fruity hoppy aroma with some dried fruit and caramel elements. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Subtle choclate and fruity flavors, but somewhat bland into a weak finish.

Bomber. Wonderful up front, nice beige head over the color of cola. Excellent aroma, fresh florals with toasty malts. Spicy and hoppy , but, much more dark fruit on the tongue, especially as it warmed. Nice crisp finish. Well done.
