A hazed dark brown ipa with a thick lacing mocha brown head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with light coffee notes, grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice. In mouth, a nice bitter chocolate with coffee grind, musty floral hops, grapefruit, classic black ipa. On tap at brewery. DrunkSanta410 (940) - Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA - AUG 23, 2015
Tap at Karbach. Pours black, tan head. Nice retention. Aroma is cocoa, coffee, faint pine, toast. Taste is cocoa, coffee, burnt caramel, piney hops. Moderate bitterness. Nice. Medium body and carbonation. Hard to tell at times that this is an IPA and not a stout or Porter, enjoyable, nonetheless. HonkeyBra (4044) - Lemont, Illinois, USA - AUG 12, 2015
Bomber from my Secret Santa. Thanks man! Pours a dark brown with a huge thick tan head. Coating lacing. Aroma of chocolate, roast, caramel and herbal and piney hops. Flavor has some salinity, some roast, medium hop bitterness and roast. Medium bodied with above average carbonation. Lingering hop finish. Pretty cool beer. tapthis (272) - Baytown, Texas, USA - JUN 22, 2015
Pours a dark brown. Smells of hops and roasted malts. Minimal bitterness considering it’s an IPA. BVery (10510) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - JUN 15, 2015
Bomber from Spec’s - Memorial in Houston, TX. Murky very dark brown pour with an awesome dense rocky tan head. Bread crust, citrus, hint of pine, and herbal hop notes. Smooth palate with some density to it. Nice bright hops on the tongue. Pretty solid for me.

On tap, poured into a pint glass. The aroma is mellow and mild with notes of bread crust, woody spice, and a light roast with a strenghtening dank herb late. The beer is a rich, oily, clear cola with a big, off-white, foamy head that has a high amount of retention and lace. The taste is a medium high bitter and mellow, medium-light sweet. The oily and creamy texture is complimented by a soft, foamy head. The medium full body is flavored by bread and mild raisin and finishes with burnt grain and spice, some smoke, and a touch of a berry sweetness flourish. There’s a bread notes as well and an undertone of dark chocolate. The aftertaste is lightly sticky and has a strong rye character and bitter grapefruit note; it’s short and mellows quickly turning to bitter wax, then resin clean late. j12601 (11831) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - MAR 19, 2015

Bottle at the FF tasting. Poured a watery light chocolate brown body with a huge fizzy beige head. Aroma of celery, cold vegetable soup, dry old bread and some agave syrup. Flavor of celery, medium to dark toast, dough, glue and pineapple rind. Watery body with strong carbonation and no aftertaste. this is horrible. jtclockwork (16581) - , New Jersey, USA - MAR 1, 2015
