Copper in color with ruby highlights, this Texas IPA has a strong citrus aroma with hints of earthiness and spice from the added European hops. Light berry fruits are perceived before giving way to citrusy hop character. Dry and quenching, this IPA is dry-hopped for added aromatic intensity.

Had at Texas Rangers game in plastic souvenirs cup. As a result, can't really tell appearance or aroma. Taste was of a decent IPA - some citrus, then bitter hops - taste of alcohol was present which I didn't love. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can poured a deep copper hue w/ large foamy off-white head. Moderate tropical citrus aromas. Initial flavor is light sweet w/ a bold bitter finish. Tastes are caramel, pine, pineapple, strawberry, grapefruit, and toast. Medium bodied, dry finish w/ a long lasting bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Thanks Bryan! Can, pours a big rocky head on a darker than pale clear beer. Medium clean hop perfume aroma. Taste is imperial IPA, over the top and terribly on style. Pucker, bitter back of throat. Does have some co2 but that doesn’t hide the in yer face attitude of this brew. Towards the middle of the session it begins to get volatile, I think I’m getting a little dizzy. Lots of hops with what feels to be more than 7% abv. Viscous mouth coating soapy finish, chewing & sucking on green grapefruit rind soaked in clear pine tar. . Whew. What torture.

Got it at Hopdoddys, served in a goblet that made the foam last a short time. Aroma is nice, obviously piney and tastes resiny. First real beer in a couple of weeks, so it tasted like an IPA explosion in my mouth. Got a second one, it’s a pretty straightforward beer. No high alcohol content is perceivable, drinks easily.
