COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Copper in color with ruby highlights, this Texas IPA has a strong citrus aroma with hints of earthiness and spice from the added European hops. Light berry fruits are perceived before giving way to citrusy hop character. Dry and quenching, this IPA is dry-hopped for added aromatic intensity.

12 oz can dated 040616. Pours hazy amber with a good off white head and excellent retention. Get some orange peel on the nose and a bit of sulfur. Pretty bland overall but very drinkable.

Cn. Nose is a bit stale, with minerals, lemon, bread, crackers. Amber0orange with a fine head. Dry, lemony, minerally flavor with honey. Not old, but seems like it. Ok.

Can. I was surprised and overwhelmed with the local choices at the Plano Total Wine that i just started grabbing singles of interesting labels. A Hopadillo certainly piqued my interest. Aroma of citrus and pine. Flavor is rich orange peel, cherries, and sweet honey. Some spiciness as well. Very good.

Medium body and carbonation.

Jaune pale avec une petite mousse blanche. L’arôme a un peu d’agrumes. En bouche il y a un peu de agrumes sur un fondation du malt pale. C’est buvable, mais pas mal standard. Le nom est super, par example!

12 oz. can. Shared with others at brew club. Pours a medium, well retained off white head, with slight lacing over a gold (SRM 5) hazy body......nose is grapefruit, pine, resin, slight malts, balance to the hops.......taste is grapefruit peel, resin pine, slight toffee/caramel sweetness, with heavy finishing bitterness, balance to the hops......mouth feel, medium body, slight alcohol warmth, moderate carbonation. This is a very typical American IPA, with American hops. BJCP 8/3/15/4/7
