COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Copper in color with ruby highlights, this Texas IPA has a strong citrus aroma with hints of earthiness and spice from the added European hops. Light berry fruits are perceived before giving way to citrusy hop character. Dry and quenching, this IPA is dry-hopped for added aromatic intensity.

This brand-new brew from Karbach was had on tap and benefited hugely by being fresh, fresh, fresh. The color is a wonderful, clear copper with a characteristic American IPA nose: citrusy and spicy. The combination of malts and hops delivers a malty spice taste that went down very well (several pints worth, in fact). Even though fairly bold, its a good session beer the brewer concentrated on taste without jamming on the alcohol.

12oz can. Clear amber with lasting ivory head. Floral, spicy, cold car engine exhaust, citrus, sweet malt aromas. Medium bodied. Floral, dry cracker, herbal, spicy hoppy flavors---drying finish___good.

Pours a deep amber with an off white head. Aromas of pine and citrus. Taste the same with a little hop bitterness but mainly citrus. Not as much spruce as in most IPAs. Very nice clean finish. I really like this ale. Lots of lacing in the glass. Light to medium mouth feel.

From a can. Great example of style, lots of citrus, some tropical flavours, smooth and dangerously drinkable.

Some pine but doesnt come together like a Fugees reunion. Amber pour with decent head. Bittet finish with some booze and astringency. Tap at Airport.

12 oz can at AUS Holiday Inn. Aroma of citrus and hops. Dark amber color with thick white head that lingers, nice lacing. Flavor of a little citrus and a smooth bitterness, a bit of a European bitterness? Med to full bodied. Overall, a very nice and drinkable IPA.

Draft, had to pass up the Sriracha Bacon Bloody Mary. Juicy and tropical nose. Sip is pine and generally hoppy. Bitter with some sweetness.

Tap: Holiday Inn - Downtown Corpus Christi, TX: Clear copper with an off-white head. Green hoppy aroma with a solid hop flavor and an impressive malt presence that is just about right.

Can. It poured a hazy golden / orange color with a white head. The aroma was of hops and citrus. The taste was similar to the aroma with caramel, hops, some pine, citrus and florals. Pretty tasty.

UPDATED: SEP 14, 2016 Can in Houston. It pours clear amber with a decent beige head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, pine, resin, toffee, caramel, sweet lemon and green grassy vibe. The taste is bitter - sweet, piney, resin, caramel, grassy, mild astringency, wood, earth, lemon parfait, pithy with a dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. A bit malty and old-school. Ok for what it is, but there are plenty better out there. 3.2. Update: can from the guys at Karbach (thanks). The beer is crisper, brighter, cleaner and has some orange citrus peel. How it should taste. 3.5
