Clear reddish copper color with a mid-size foamy off-white head.
Sweet and strong hoppy bitter aroma with dark fruits, frosted something and sugar. Barley Winey. The flavor is really strong deep bitterness, dark fruity hops, sugary sweetness and caramel malt. A bit less sweetness and we would be talking...

Ok DIPA in an old skool style. Scopey (14501) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 13, 2016
Keg at Karbach. It pours clear deep brown with a decent light tan head. The aroma is old-school malt double IPA action, bitter - sweet, wood, pine, toffee, resin and some dried fruits. The taste is rich, bitter - sweet, sticky, pine, resinous, toffee, dried fruits, fruit cake, some alcohol warmth and toasty brown sugars with a slick finish. Medium+ body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Almost like a hoppy American-Style (session) barley wine. Pretty tasty, if a bit old - school. kaser (6213) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 11, 2016
Dark red pour from draft at their brewpub. White head. Very dank and hoppy fruity. Not bad. Floral. Tropical
