A lightly hopped pale ale, with decent malt balance. Light body, highly carbonated. Average overall.

UPDATED: FEB 1, 2016 On tap, poured into a pint. A pleasant citrus blossom note comes forth (peach) first, dampens, then follows with a distinct fruit stripes note supported by a subtle caramel. Its a brilliantly clear, yellow amber hue topped by a white, dense soap head that has good lace and retention. The beer is a balanced medium sweet and bitter. The texture is oily with a soft, fuzzy carbonation and medium body. Juicy citrus hits the palate first, followed by a finish thats crisp and grassy with notes of sweet grapefruit. The aftertaste is clean with just a light spice and a mild, cloying, waxy character and flavor.

Tap in a pint glass at Brew Exchange in Austin. Concept is very cool albeit not original. Execution of pricing is in question. Aroma is hops and pretty fresh. Taste is a standard pale ale fare but still enjoyable. Hops and pine but not overwhelming. Smooth mouthfeel. Easy to drink. Nothing too original but worth a try.

Some light hops and OK overall balance. Just not a lot going on here. Not bad, just boring. Some light citrus. Malt is a little weird here. Tap at Houston airport.
