Aroma of coriander and clove with a medicinal undertone, pours a hazy dark gold color without much of a head. A taste of honey and spice mild with a medium body and a lasting coriander finish. altonbrownd (5897) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - OCT 11, 2015
Bottle at Skiny Rita’s, Houston. Golden body with slight head. Nose of citrus, spices, wheat. Taste also of wheat, spices, malts, some floral. Okay. Medium-bodied. 50belair (3643) - Florida, USA - SEP 12, 2015
On tap at the Hay Merchant. Cloudy yellow pour with a white head. Loads of wheat aromas. Refreshing with all kinds of hay and grain highlights. Just a hint of lemon. Good body and mouthfeel. Lubiere (13900) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 5, 2015
A hazed blonde golden weizen with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana and cloves, light mineral notes, grassy hops, herbaceous, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes and buttery mouth fee, OK. On tap at brewery. drjay44 (3707) - Salida, Colorado, USA - AUG 28, 2015
Can, shared with others at brewclub. Pours a thin poorly retained white head, over a hazy yellow (SRM 3) body.....nose is light banana/bubblegum, hints of clove, no hops.....taste is light banana/bubblegum, hints of clove, no hops, slightly sweet......mouth feel, light body, no alcohol, low carbonation. This is a very light Hefe, possibly change the yeast, or increase fermentation temperature. BJCP 6/3/12/4/6

Great wheat beer. Big aroma of wheat, coriander and citrus. Nice wheat beer color. Medium but full palate. Well-blended flavors with citrus, wheat, clove and banna. GreatDane1632 (1169) - North Dakota, USA - JUL 18, 2015
Drank at Minute Maid park 1 Sep 2015 -- Awesome summer Texas brew. Nothing exceptional, but solid as hell. RIVERA_HOU (20) - Texas, USA - JUL 4, 2015
Really did a great job of harnessing the banana taste with a light spice. Before this glass I hated banana hefeweizens. Been my favorite beer for a while but now I like it even more. Definitely my favorite Karbach. H-Town for the win. AirForceHops (7233) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - JUL 4, 2015
12 oz can, purchased at the H.E.B, Austin, Tx in a mixed 12 pack. Color is darker than the start and Hefe, Amber hue to the gold. Aroma is decent yeast phenols, banana, light bubble gum and maybe a hint of diacetyl. DrunkSanta410 (938) - Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA - JUN 13, 2015
The flavor is just as the aroma indicates. Yeasty banana, clove, very mild touch of butter. The butter isn’t to off putting but there. Almost a hint of coriander (which I don’t really want in my Hefe) Body is medium texture with a mild fullness. Honestly it’s not bad from a can so on draft I would order it for a sample.
Tap at brewery. Pouts slightly hazy golden, average level of head. Aroma is citrus, spices, light yeast, faint fruitiness. Taste is spices, cloves, wheat, grains. Faint banana. Medium body, average carbonation level. Very solid offering. Nice mix of conventional wheat flavor and with a mix of German wit flavors. Nice.
