Weisse Versa is unfiltered and has the refreshing characteristics youd come to expect in a wheat beer, but the combination of the citrus peel and coriander added during the brewing process and the natural clove, nutmeg and banana aromas produced by our special, Bavarian wheat beer yeast result in a beer thats unlike any youve ever had. With Weisse Versa you get the flavors you love in a German Hefe AND in a Belgian White beer. Both. At the same time.

Spicy aroma of clove citrus phenols. Attractive poor, looks like half wit half hefeweizen. Taste smooth with nice spice notes, a little sweet, no hops. Finishes medium dry but a little sweet ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Looks, smells, and tastes like a typical wheat brew. Got the citrus and corriander with some grain flavor tossed in. So yep it is a good wheat but it is nothing special.

Appearance: pours with a very thick beige head, the beer is very hazy and is an orange color, copper like color, head settles into a nice density Aroma: banana, bread, yeast, egg, smells very good Taste: wheat grain, very lightly toasted malt, some light bitterness, light coriander, Palate: lively carbonation, light aftertaste, light mouthfeel Overall: this is interesting, smells like a hefe, drinks like a plain wit but it's still good, gets points for being unique ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at blackwater draw. Cloudy hefe. Sticky white head. Cant get much for aroma, slight earthy wheat. Taste makes up for lack of aroma. Lemon, hay, wheat, honeycomb. Lemon flavor kind of over powers the beer. Almost like someone just squeezed a lemon in before serving it. Not bad if you put lemons in your blue moon...full of flavor for its style.

Not bad for a heffy. Nice head that does fade not cloudy though. Decent mouthfeel. Cotton like in mouthfeel though. Aroma is lemon and tropical. Wheat and malt forward. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

pours hazy goldenrod with a thin white head and no lacing. rather lovely floral aroma with notes of coriander, orange, lemon zest, clove and candy sugar. Taste is less involved than the great aroma would lead one to believe. There are all the characteristics of both a Hefeweizen and Wit but all notes are muted and somewhat overtaken by a metallic bite. finish is a bit dull and the metal persists.

Karbach Weiss Versa is like a lighter Hefeweizen which isnt too bad. Light yeasty aroma coming from a yellow translucent pour with a moderate head. There are nice banana and clove flavors in this easy drinking beer. Body is light, a bit thin. Weiss Versa is a drinkable brew that goes well with food.
