Awesome unique wheat beer. Very drinkable and immediately memorable. Aroma is clean with a hint of the citrus and coriander. Taste makes me want another one. Just visiting Houston, but glad I came for this new beer. One of the most drinkable beers I have had this year. RIVERA_HOU (20) - Texas, USA - JUL 4, 2015
Really did a great job of harnessing the banana taste with a light spice. Before this glass I hated banana hefeweizens. Been my favorite beer for a while but now I like it even more. Definitely my favorite Karbach. H-Town for the win. SPDickerman (1239) - Texas, USA - MAR 25, 2012
Pours opaque pale orange with a fluffy white head. Smells like wheat, hints of banana and clove, coriander, hints of orange zest and nutmeg. Taste follows the nose, almost perfectly; banana, hints of clove, nutmeg, and coriander, and some nice citrus zestiness. Medium-bodied with a smooth texture and mild mouth-carbonation, Karbach Weisse Versa finishes with a bit of wheat sweetness. alcamp99 (72) - McKinney, Texas, USA - NOV 24, 2013
A combination of two of my favorite styles: Belgian white and hefeweizen. Karbach got this one right. Perfect balance of these two complementary styles.

Appearance: translucent golden orange color with a white head, pretty dense head and the foam stays intact for a while, very nice appearance, forms a wonderful dome at the top
Aroma: banana, clove, smells delicious
Taste: banana, clove
Palette: sort of bitterness at the end that is super interesting, leaves the tongue sort of dry, light
Overall: this beer is quite tasty! Wonderful heifeweizen taste-will definitely recommend

UPDATED: MAY 17, 2014 From 12oz can. Pours a cloudy, golden orange with a fluffy 3 finger head that lingered. Smells of wheat, yeast, spices, banana and bubblegum. Tastes wheaty with spices, citrus and some sweetness. Low malt presence. Semi-dry finish. Nice hybrid wheat beer that has plenty of flavor ronaldtheriot (1932) - Laplace, Louisiana, USA - JUN 27, 2013
Karbach Weisse Versa Wheat has a thick, creamy, off-white head and a very bold, golden appearance, with relatively large brown chunks and relatively tiny white chunks suspended throughout the beer. There are lots of tight bubble streams and decent lacing. The aroma is of banana pudding, white bread, and powdered sugar. Taste is of coriander, slight banana, and Sunbeam brand white bread, with some background bread crust and underlying, yet faint, banana notes. Mouthfeel is watery and slick, and Karbach Weisse Versa finishes mostly dry, refreshing, and easily drinkable. Overall, for a wheat, this is a winner. Can. Cloudy yellow orange. White bubbles. Yeast esters on the nose. Citrus, orange, banana. Big fruity esters, banana, orange, slight clove with a dry finish. Medium body. Superb.

12 ounce can poured into a shaker. Hazy gold with a lasting tightly compacted head. Aroma of Banana and a little spice. Light body that is slightly sweet with more banana with some spice. Refreshing finish. Better than most wheat ales. 77ships (9774) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - DEC 11, 2012
33 cl. can sampled thx. to Kraddel. Hazy bright orange with a head on the sides. Smell is lots of wheat, typical hefe, quite a bit of heffe banana, light orange peel maybe, sweet spices, coriander touch, quite herbal with plenty of esters and light bubblegum. Taste is typical sweet hefe wheat, hefe banana, almost buttery quinoa but not in a bad way, spices, almost herbal bitter, lots of esters, cloves, coriander, light bubblegum. Creamier wheat porridge body. Not getting much witbeer profile out of this, for me this is just a pretty good hefe.
