COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Weisse Versa is unfiltered and has the refreshing characteristics you’d come to expect in a wheat beer, but the combination of the citrus peel and coriander added during the brewing process and the natural clove, nutmeg and banana aromas produced by our special, Bavarian wheat beer yeast result in a beer that’s unlike any you’ve ever had. With Weisse Versa you get the flavors you love in a German Hefe AND in a Belgian White beer. Both. At the same time.

One of my top, if not favorite go to beers. I usually keep a stocked fridge with a majority of these beers and minority of my other favorites. The light head, golden appearance, and overall smell and taste are incredible. Pouring from a can to a nice glass is great, but this beer on draft is even greater. Any fan of hefeweizens or Belgian whites should love this beer in my opinion.

12 ounce can. Quite a good Weisse. This is one of my least favorite styles of beer, but these guys get it right.Taste of wheat and a bit lemony.

12 ounce can poured into a shaker. Hazy gold with a lasting tightly compacted head. Aroma of Banana and a little spice. Light body that is slightly sweet with more banana with some spice. Refreshing finish. Better than most wheat ales.

Sampled from a 12oz can. Hazy straw colour. Delicious taste of cloves, banana, coriander, orange peel and a slight hint of vanilla. A pleasant, creamy mouthfeel. A really nice wheat beer, just right for outdoor drinking in the sunshine.

Bubblegum. Banana. Clove. Yeast. Cloudy darkish yellow with a thick bright white head that fades down to a thin foamy film. Banana, clove, earth. Velvety mouthfeel with a little bite at the finish. Nice.

On tap at the brewery. Comes a cloudy pale gold with a decent white head. Aroma of grain, citrus, fruit, and spice. Taste is wheat, banana, citrus, and coriander. This rating probably a bit low since I am not a fan of coriander.

Pours a cloudy straw color with a slightly off white head. Aromas of citrus and a little banana and spice. Taste the same with a little sweetness on the tongue and a slightly bitter finish. Nice lacing in the glass. Light palate. Clean finish. Taste like a combination of a Hefe and a wheat ale.

Enjoying Fathers Day while enjoying watching the kids in the pool. In a can with chips and salsa. An interesting taste. Maybe banana?
