Half draft at Riverwalk Yard House. Dark brown pour with amber highlights. A little nutmeg and chocolate in the aroma. Flavor is really nice with some spice, dark toasted malt and a little citrus peel. Tasty for winter.

Cola colored beer with a sticky beige head that foamed pretty aggressively when I poured it out of the can. Light spice nose. Lots of caramel and brown sugar sweetness with some cinnamon, nutmeg and other holiday spices. Dusty spice finish. Nice seasonal.

On tap Flying Saucer. Pours a Dark brown with light tan head. The aroma is a raisin malt and some smoke. Thin mouthfeel with a light smoke and raisin malt flavor. Easy to drink a good spiced brew from Karbach.

Tap at Da Saucer, H-Town .. . woah, quite a lot of spices .. mellow mouth .. . cinnammon, almond, sugar, medium dark fruit and pumpkin spices .. . good, but a pint would be tough .. . . What the hell was that? I knew I shouldn’t have eaten that packet of powdered gravy I found in the parking lot.

F.U.N. Series #008, 2013- This version is their "Yule Shoot Your Eye Out" winter seasonal that has been Aged in Bourbon Barrels. The beer pours a dark brown color with an off-white head. Some spotty lace left behind. Aroma is full of Christmas spices, cinnamon and some caramel, toffee malt, some vanilla and wood from the barrels. The flavor follows suit. I get a lot of cinnamon and caramel malt, as well as a little bit of nutmeg. There is also raisin notes in the flavor, as well as some other dark fruit. The wood and vanilla come through but dont mix that well, kinda strange and slightly off-putting.
