Ethereal (2421) - Los Angeles, California, USA - DEC 16, 2007
Bottle. Cloudy brown with a small head. Wheat aroma with some hints of smoke. Flavour is less citrus than a hefeweizen again with a smoke hint. Palate is not too heavy either. Good stuff. goozen (4081) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - OCT 27, 2007
Bottle 0,5ltr: Dark brown brew with roasted malts thats taste like caramel and coffee. oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - SEP 6, 2007
Bottled. Really hazy nutbrown colour, mediumsized creamy beige head. Aroma is fruity, wheaty, and yeasty with some mild hints of bananas. Flavour is very much the same. A quite pleasant brew. Nuffield (4180) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - JUL 31, 2007
Hazy, carbonated amber/peach/rust. A bit thin--as in "you can taste the bubbles", a quality that always reminds me of mineral water. Banana spice mixes into the caramel but it is a bit thin in flavors. Fizzy. Bottle in Berlin. fonefan (49548) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JUL 27, 2007
Bottle. Hazy amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.

500ml bottle (One Pint, Helsinki, German beer week 2006).
Classic dunkel hefe. Sweet and bananaey, honey and toffee. Full bodied but still refreshing, and not cloyey. raymondwave (931) - FINLAND - APR 10, 2007
Quickly and almost completely disappearing whitish head. Spicy and a bit citric nose. Very watery, like fresh apple juice which is blended with too much water (also looks like such!). Nose promises much fuller product. Not too much banana which is often mentioned here, but more of apples and oranges. Low carbonation. auderale (605) - Minot, North Dakota, USA - DEC 7, 2006
Cloudy tan colored pour with medium sized head. A malty, fruity aroma. Had a nice yeasty, spicy finish. Tranquillity (2413) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 28, 2006
Bottle @ the German beer festival, One Pint, Helsinki. Very unclear colour, like old bananas: grey-brown. Nothing like the picture. Strong aroma of caramel, with evident banana. Very thick both in taste and palate. Orange flavour, banana finish. Good one! MoritzF (9959) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - OCT 1, 2006
(bottle) Hazy, dark amber colour with a mid-sized off-white foamy head. Bready and toasty malt aroma with caramel, light fruity banana notes and only traces of cloves. Wheaty taste with caramel and a balanced fruitiness. Initially sweet, later slightly tart flavour; malty, slightly fruity and dense clovy finish. Well-balanced and fine Dunkelweizen.
