COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. Murky orange color with white head. Aroma is cheesecake, banana cream, fresh yeast, sweet, vanilla. Taste is lots of banana cream, vanille, sweet. Medium carbonation. Oberbayern, wie es leibt und lebt - the pure Upper Bavaria feeling.

Too light for a hefeweizen, and has a boring, sourish taste. The head is nice though.

kermis (12869) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - SEP 26, 2016
Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Murky golden brown with a small off white head. Aroma of yeast, banana, wheat, light malt and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. [03-09-2016]

50cl bottle shared with Kermis. Thin white head. Murky amber pour. Very average

Erzengel (8626) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - SEP 2, 2016
Smooth mild yeasty beginning. Hints of banana and clove, fresh and smooth, very soft and round. The yeast is not too fruity, lots of clove, not too sweetish. Round and great!

Ritzn (1314) - GERMANY - FEB 26, 2016
Some of the yeast stayed in the bottle, so I am not sure whether I poured it correctly. Anyways this is good! Hazy, between amber and brown, cloudy white head. Mainly apricot, hay, toast. Light body and thin carbonation, a little watery which is the only real weakness. Still decent and recommendable.

Bavarian_Beer (49) - Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Bavaria, GERMANY - JAN 3, 2016
Bottle Germay. Aroma with some bready/crackery yeast but mostly huge orange peel and light bubblegum. Orange body with a fizzy off-white head. Light but crisp body brings out more of a yeasty overtone with light bitterness.

bjakk (756) - Skagafjordur, ICELAND - DEC 20, 2015
Bronze, brown, cloudy, lot of carbon. Nice white head. Apricot, metal, caramel in the aroma. Malt, caramel, with metallic aftertaste a bit watery.

Flasche 0,5l: Helles Braun, sehr kräftige Trübung, kräftiger feinporiger, sehr stabiler Schaum; relativ süß in der Nase, kräftige Hefe, Wash, Brotteig, leichte malzige Aromen; im Körpereher trocken, leichte malzige Süße, sehr cremig, sehr kräftige Kohlensäure, deutliche Hefearomen; angenehmer leicht trockener Nachgang
