Had this at the brewery in Murnau
Very nice fresh weissbier. Great aroma with clove, banana and bubble gum, even lychee fruit. I stumbled upon this place while walking the city and wish I had more time to try the other beers. Christian (13670) - Odense, DENMARK - NOV 16, 2009
Cloudy amber with a lasting white head. Fruity banana aroma with lots of phenols. Dryish wheat flavour with a slightly spicy finish cgarvieuk (24465) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - SEP 20, 2009
Cask at GBBF 2009 ... hazy yellow ... banana bubblegum hop nose ... sweet fruits. Rune (12753) - Tromsø, NORWAY - SEP 7, 2009
Draught, one-third pint at GBBF 09. Cloudy, orange-yellow content topped by a thin, bubbly hue. Lighter aroma of citric fruits. Slightly smoked malty to the nose with hints of dark spices and a touch of late banana. Subdued wheaty notes. Rather diluted in the mouth. Not more than alright for a German weissbier (Earls Court, London 04.08.2009). Miksu (5053) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - JUL 14, 2009
0.5 l bottle from Beerangel. Deep yellow brown color with frothy white head. Thick aroma with wheat, banana, vanilla, clove and pepper. Wheaty, grainy and bready flavor with ripe banana, clove and pepper.
The finish is surpringly watery after such a rich aroma. The aroma promises more but this is still a good weizen.

Cloudy orange gold with a large white head. Aroma of old books topped with yeast, fruit and bacon. Sour wheaty taste, some cloves, and a metallic, artificial sweetener quality that prevents me really liking this. Some bitterness. The taste is slightly harsh. thewolf (12594) - Kolding, DENMARK - JUL 2, 2009
Bottle, bought @ Ambrosetti, Berlin.Jukkabro (3484) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUN 6, 2009
Pours a nice, clear, deep golden with a fine, fizzy, medium, frothy, white head. When the yeast is poured in, the head retention gets better and a fine murkiness descends on the glass. A steady stream of bubbles lazily travel towards the white foam, now looking more like whipped egg-whites. Sweet, elegant Hefe aroma. Some clear ripe banana, green apples and a slight berry undertone; perhaps red currants. Medium carbonation, a bit weak mouthfeel. Flavour is quite hoppy, flowery and grassy with a good, solid malts base. There is a bit of spiciness in the finish, but there is probably a bit too little fruitiness for this to really stand out. Nice aroma, great looks, mediocre taste.
Dark yellow colored with medium sized thick yellow head. Very rich fruity banana aroma with smooth berries also, spices and yeast also come up. Medium bodied. Flavor is similar with banana and yeast, aftertaste has spices with thin berries. Slightly watery palate, otherwise excellent weizen. Hansen (8595) - Assentoft, DENMARK - JUN 3, 2009
Yellow coloured and muddy. Huge, white head, mostly lasting. Aroma is spicy, coriander, fruit, banana, pear. Flavor is sweet and acidic. Watery texture. TBone (17530) - Pori, FINLAND - MAR 20, 2009
Bottled (Beerangel, BB 08/2009).
Hazy yellow color, average white head. Banana aroma with dry papery and iron water notes, maybe also those toilet-cubes Phil mentioned. Watery palate. Citrus, a bit acidic, light banana notes. Bland and similar to their Dunkles Hefe-Weissbier.
