500ml bottle. Hazy, dark amber colour with average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting and lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, wheaty, fruity, yeasty spicy aroma, notes of banana, baked banana, clove, a touch of pear. Taste is almost dry wheaty, fruity and minimally yeasty spicy, subtle sweetness, notes of banana and clove, diluted hints of banana leaves, a touch of pear and yellow apple; mushy texture, minimally watery passages. Very solid, not too sweet Weizenbock, could be an excellent Hopfenweisse if hopped with more pluck. SaintMatty (7555) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - DEC 2, 2017

0.5 l bottle from ’Biermuda’, best before May 2016. Murky, brownish amber with a thin, frothy, quickly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy and a little fruity aroma of banana, clove, toffee, cinnamon, vanilla and honey. Rather sweet, yeasty-spicy and quite fruity taste of pear, banana, toffee, clove, honey, vanilla and some peach, followed by a medium long, slightly bitter, quite yeasty-spicy finish. Medium to full body, slightly oily and only a little effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Doesn’t look very appealing, but aroma and taste make amends. Carbonation is quite low for the style, but the balance is really good. Would like to try a fresh bottle at some point.

Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Piwo o sredniej pianie i mało trwalej. Ale za to coz za metnosc istne bloto, ciemne metniste piwo slodowe piekarnicze. W smaku pieczone kasztany i swierzo wypieczony i zrumieniony chleb pszenny do tego grillowane banany i nieco jabłkowego musu i przecieru. Piwo bardzo treściwe trochę alkoholowe ale to nie przeszkadza. Solidna dawka energii. Polecam tego pszenicznego kozlaka. fdomig (1028) - München, GERMANY - FEB 19, 2016
