33cl bottle at Puur Luc, a restaurant in Ertvelde-Evergem (29 X 2016). A brown to orange, hazy brew with white foam on top. The body is quite dirty looking. The nose has tons of wood, oak and some funk notes, and besides these features quite a lot of Belgian endive, oranges, dirt and dust, some cellar. The taste is likewise, with a keen bitter endive character, some peculiar brett hints and no-salt bread. The pretty strong carbonation is well balanced. On top, there is a perfect dryness in the mouthfeel. The brewís ending is mild dry as well. This is not the best wild ale on the market. This Karikatuur is a that dull and does not stand out from the grey mass: This light sour beer should be a classy base beer, yet the absence/lack of herbs or spices do make a difference. Bottle 33cl at Lochristi cycling event. Pours amber coloured, nose of green apples and toast. Not super wild in taste but decent enough. Kr1zz (428) - BELGIUM - JUN 18, 2016
Bottle 33cl bought at De Hopduvel in Gent. Pours hazy autumn brown with a big beige head leaving a nice lacing on the glass. Nose: brett, funky, malty, vanilla... Taste: Brett coming through in the beginning followed by a bitter feeling and a nutty and earthy taste. The end is pretty dry. Tasting is pretty different too in comparison with my nose feeling... berkshirejohn (6451) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - JUN 11, 2016

Bottle at home. Clear red amber with a medium off white head. Aroma of Brett, big horse blanket, wet dog, manure, dusty notes and light cardboardy malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter with just a touch of sourness. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. bhensonb (15096) - Woodland, California, USA - OCT 10, 2015
Bottle from La Cave a Bulles. Pours bright copper with a good beige head. Aroma is a bit toward "wild", but Iím not sure Iíd think that, if I hadnít read the style. Near med body. Itís a very mild wild; flavor is somewhat Brett, and maybe even Pedio, but the impact isnít great. However, Iím sure a macro addict would consider it spoiled. Very nice, even if it doesnít rip the mouth apart. :) bierhier (21) - BELGIUM - AUG 6, 2015
taste a bit like Orval, the alcohol percentage is a bit lighter. Nice beer, not as good as Orval. Shop owner referred this one as alternative for the so often sold out Orval.
