It was one of the first Estonian beers to be put in a swing-top bottle, and available through supermarkets. First year it was a bliss - Priced high, but tasted better than anything available from the local market. Then they diluted it. One of my favorite beers from 2012. kingstoni (2087) - FINLAND - JUL 20, 2013
Bottle. Clear deep amber color with a thin foamy beige head. Unclear aroma of caramel and syrup. Sugary taste of malt and syrup. Sweet finish. Slightly sticky feel. Some unwanted acidiness on palate. agent_persik (742) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - APR 27, 2013
Dark amber color, small head. Aroma of caramel, dark fruits, malt and grain. Taste is dry sweet with lightly bitter finish. Watery body and soft carbonation. Quite drinkable and refreshing. visionthing (5334) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAR 23, 2013
50cl from Tallinn Airport. Pours clear brown to amber with a small off-white head. Weak malty aroma with caramel, dried fruits and some roasty notes. Sweet, caramely and grainy with a very lightly bitter and a bit acidic finish. Quite thin and watery and weak in flavor, but drinkable. ectuohy27 (1175) - ESTONIA - OCT 6, 2012
Aroma is heady, with a mixture of sour, sweet, and malt; the taste is the same only better. Weirdly sweet on foretaste but sour--sour!--on the follow-through, it has only a bit of the notes of caramel that you’d expect. More like a light, weird gueuze (!) Excellent find, well worth looking out for while in Estonia

Seems that they make it now in 330ml bottles. Soggy copper color. Almost no head. Sweet malts, caramel in aroma. Watery, sweet malts body, faint caramel. Very smooth to drink.
500ml bottle (Rocca al Mare)Kavu (4783) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAY 17, 2012
Nice hazy reddy orange, brief head. Fairly lactic aroma, a little sweet. Fairly watery palate, carbonation a little flat. Slight mineralliness. Even more lactic in the taste, but a fairly eco graininess too, a touch of husks. Some slight wooliness in the finish. Nothing like a le coq, with the flaws, is this a Karksi brew? Flawed, but not offensive. At least it’s a nice full grainy brew, and I can forgive quite a lot of lacticity.

1l bottle (SOPP2009)
Rich orange, small head. Slightly sour sweet aroma. Grainy. Body too is pretty grainy, good light malts and slightly sweet nuts in the finish.
Pours dark amber with a low head. Aroma is full malts. Flavor is caramel and malts. Not bad. suurjuust (3530) - ESTONIA - OCT 11, 2011
Dark amber, small off-white head. Nose is malts and toffee mixed with sour notes. Taste is malt, buttery caramel, dried fruit, toffee. Smooth palate, soft carbonation. Falls short of a good beer, it’s just OK. culchiem (3971) - Berlin, GERMANY - SEP 6, 2011
Bottle. Medium brown with a thin head. Aroma of dusty toffee. Flavour is toffee with a cloying sweet palate. Finish is chocolate caramel.
