Bottle, 65 cl, at Papsø. Cloudy orange with a white foamy, quickly diminishing head. Sweet, yeasty, orange-peelish aroma. Floral and light malty notes. Sweet with a hefty bitter finish, yeasty, phenols, orangey, spicey. Complex, yet easy drinkable. marcus (10227) - Sacramento, California, USA - FEB 4, 2013
Bottle from Total Wine, Sacramento. Pours golden with a decent off-white head and a citrus aroma. There is a spicy fruit and caramel malt flavor with a Belgian yeast feel - a liitle banana ester - and a very dry finish. BMan1113VR (7931) - Los Angeles, California, USA - MAY 8, 2011
On tap. Pours with a clear copper body and a lasting, egg-shell hued white head. Aromas are spicy, grainy, candi sugar, caramel, phenols (mostly coriander), vanilla. Esters and phenols remind me nearly of the Unibroue yeast strain. Fruity, citrus, light tropical fruit. Flavors are sweet, tropical fruit, grassy, weed like hop profile. A bit boozy (didn’t know the ABV). Very estery, light phenols, mango, papaya. Medium bitter, lightly astringent finish. Lively bubbles and dry. Pretty tasty. drfabulous (7945) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - JUN 24, 2011
22 ounce thanks to JohnCoctosin. This is a very refreshing and nicely done take on the mix of IPA and Belgian. Most of the taste - the banana, yeasty taste -comes from the yeast. But it works well. Enjoyable. jcwattsrugger (12420) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JUL 22, 2011

Bomber from Albertsons in San Diego. Spicy, peppery and earthy aroma. Clear yellowish orange with an initially foamy white head that dies down quickly. More spice and peppercorn flavors along with a nice bitter hop bite. Hops are citrusy with a bit of pith on the edges that sticks to the tongue. The Belgian yeast influence is noticeable but not overpowering. Some sweetness and a nice peach flavor in there to balance the spice and bitter, but those ultimately win out. A very interesting, tasty and drinkable IPA. Tmoney99 (14490) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 14, 2013
Bottle shared by wihorock. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy citrus, fruit and yeasty aroma. Medium to full body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy complex bittersweet flavor with a moderate to heavy complex bittersweet finish of medium to long duration. This is a solid beer. StefanSD (2451) - Ouray, Colorado, USA - APR 10, 2011
650 ml bottle from Bev4less. Pours a translucent copper color with a big foamy white head that has good retention. The aroma is characterized by classic Belgian yeasts, coriander and floral hops. The taste is that of a Belgian style dubbel first and foremost--there is coriander, yeast, biscuit, mango, papaya and musty oranges. The palate is silky smooth with soft carbonation. The finish is medium in duration and dry with an odd spicy aftertaste. Overall: More of the character of a Belgian dubbel than that of a DIPA. Tasty, but a bit experimental.
