Smelled of toffee and chocolate malts.
Tasted similar to the nose with chocolate and toffee malts leading the way. Also some caramel in there. Good tasting beer.
Medium body. Creamy slick texture. Average carbonation Smooth finish.
I really liked this beer. It was smooth from the get-go and was perfect for my mood.
Urge. Black with fizzy eggshell head. Nose light roasted malt and high sweetness. Very light nose. Taste light flat malty smack with only a hint of sweet. Not a lot there but is good for the style. hamilton23 (619) - Alpine, California, USA - DEC 2, 2010
