Ungstrup (36929) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUN 14, 2009
Draft at the Carlsbad location. A light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with a light skunky note due to lack of malt, but also a light malt note. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw on a lightly malty back ground, leading to a dry lightly bitter finish. 15 IBUs. Was told it was at 3.4% ABV.

Bottle thanks to Snojerk321. Ah, the ubiquitous pale lager. Pours super pale yellow with a sticky fizy head that is a film. Nose is a bit skunky and sulfuric with a metallic tinge. Tastes like paper and hard water. Actually, not god awful.. Decent.
