On tap at the Universal location. Pours with a VERY pale yellow body with a white head.Aroma is very light, with some grainy and biscuit notes. Flavors are dry, bready, cooked corn, cracker, with no bitterness. Noticeable DMS. Dry mouthfeel with spirited carbonation.

No aroma. Light color. Very thin and ricy, not so good. Has a small bite at the end that keeps it interesting. Very smooh. I would maybe rather drink this than the Woodie Gold.

kaser (6430) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 15, 2015
Golden pour from draft at the San Diego airport. White head. Boring. Does the job for the style. Wheat and stuff. Blah

snoworsummer (6273) - baltimore, Maryland, USA - JAN 10, 2015
Draft. Pours clear very pale gold with a fizzy white head. Almost no aroma. Tastes like buttery musky corn, pale malts, straw. Light body and low carbonation.

riversideAK (6265) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - APR 12, 2007
It’s a light pale lager, so there really is not much aroma, but it does smell like a beer and not like an adjunct filled BMC. The light golden appearance is characteristic of the style. Flavor is slight breadiness, a little hop crispness, and some carbonated water. Not the most complex brew obviously but way better than crappy mass produced pale lagers.

badlizard (5533) - Berkeley, California, USA - JUN 30, 2007
On tap at Karl Strauss. Clear light yellow with creamy white head. Bready malty aroma. Biscuity taste with a slight spice in the finish.

BückDich (5477) - McCall, Idaho, USA - MAR 4, 2006
Draught at Karl Strauss La Jolla: Golden color, no nose or flavor. Just a adjuncty lager with overtones of bland. 2.8% ABV? What’s the point..

2.4
stouby (4859) - Holbæk, DENMARK - SEP 22, 2011
Bottle in Santa Barbara. Clear light golden with a white head. Aroma light malty (caramel) and hoppy (straw). Flavor light sweet and a dry lightly bitter finish. Light body.

Blairgus (4615) - California, USA - SEP 8, 2012
8 sept 2012, tap. Orange, clear, steady bubbles. Light wet bread and orange aromas. Med/thin body and fizzy. Tastes like wet straw, mandarin oranges, and lager malt. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

draft at brewpub - I don’t have much to say about this one. It’s about what I’d expect from a light pale lager that at least avoid adjuncts. It’s thin, sweet, and bland.
