Rating #1535 20.03.2015 - On tap at San Diego Zoo. Clear golden pour with a decently frothy white foam that dissipates quickly. Aroma is light grass, light toast, sassy Saaz. Taste is fairly sweet with a light pilsner malty tinge lingering into a tempered, yet uninspiring finish. Not bad. SDalkoholic (2395) - Linda Vista, California, USA - JUL 15, 2006
Bottle: Has a weak aroma of grain but differes from all other lights because it doesnt smell fake. The drink is tamed and very relaxed in its character of flavors by only allowing a light grained malt backbone. Crisp and clean finish which makes this above avergae in a category of light beers. Straw gold with small film of foam. I wouldn’t mind seeing this at more stores so i could pick it up for the light drinkers i know. msante79 (2225) - Mount Prospect, Illinois, USA - JAN 23, 2009
Thanks to Lagunitasfan for this brew. 12oz bottle. Pours clear pale gold with small white head. Aroma is grainy with light fruits. Flavor is light and crisp with light fruit and grain with some sweetness. Not bad for a summer brew. Hard to beleive MGD 64 has a higher abv than this brew. This light was tasted at the brewery on B and Columbia in San Diego. It was a typical light beer very little taste. I am not a fan of any light beers. jstraw (1967) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 25, 2008
Pale gold with thin, white head / Light grain nose / Light body, crisp, clean / Simple but clean and smooth flavors of malt and wheat / Very pleasant for a light, although I had mine ice cold.

On-tap at the SD Airport. Don’t go to this Karl Strauss, the food is awful. Airplane food, on the ground. Pours slightly hazy, straw yellow with a medium size white head, some lace. Smells malty grainy and slightly light fruity sweet. Tastes light and sweet fruity up front with lots of cereal malt on the finish. Lingering sweetness. Medium body, vibrant carbonation. golubj (1377) - San Mateo, California, USA - JUL 14, 2007
Bottle. This tasted pretty good and went will with the mexican food i was consuming. I am pretty surprised at the super low alcohol content.
